Young Living and Nature’s Ultra haven’t been together for very long, which might make it hard for you to talk about Nature’s Ultra and CBD oil with your team, friends, and family. But, CBD isn’t just good for your body, it can be great for your business as well! Let’s talk about how to answer questions about CBD.
Start With Your WHY
If you’re reading this, chances are that you’re already a big fan of CBD oil and our products. This is the perfect place to start when it comes to talking about it with others! You know how CBD oil and Nature’s Ultra products have helped you, so share it with others.
Take the time to really understand why you use the products you use. What positive effects have you seen them add to your life? It’s not enough to just like it. If you aren’t sure what you like about a product, it will be hard for you to share it with others! Make a list of the CBD products you’ve tried and why you like them. You also like rolling it onto your wrists when meditating to enhance your relaxation. These are all great things to list! That way, when it comes time to share, you have those things written out.

Open, Honest, Transparent
When being asked about CBD products, it’s important to be open, honest, and transparent. Remember, no one expects you to be an expert! But, they do expect you to be truthful when it comes to what you do know. If someone asks you a question you don’t know the answer to, be honest. And definitely do not make something up! Here’s a sample of what you might say to a question you don’t know the answer to:
“That is a great question! I’m not sure of the answer to it just yet, but I would love to learn with you. Give me a day or two to do some additional research, and I’d be happy to follow up.”
That way, you’re being honest about not knowing, open to learning something new, and transparent with how long it will take you to get back to them. No one is going to judge you for not knowing, but it would definitely be embarrassing if they found out you made an answer up after the fact. And the more you learn, the better you’ll be prepared the next time someone asks something similar.
When it comes to being open, honest, and transparent, it’s also important that you don’t lie about your product usage. If you haven’t tried something, that’s okay! Reach out to a team member who has for more information and their opinion. Don’t pretend like you use something every day if you don’t.
